Strength of Winter

Strength of Winter. Seen from afar, is a frosted car, the cold does not bode well. The foggy breath, foretells of death, and enters Winters hell. A chill is near, the frost is here, the warmth no longer winning. A frozen twig, means something big, Winter now’s beginning.

  1. Strength of Winter

  2. Seen from afar, is a frosted car, the cold does not bode well. The foggy breath, foretells of death, and enters Winters hell.

  3. A chill is near, the frost is here, the warmth no longer winning. A frozen twig, means something big, Winter now’s beginning.

  4. Yet still we carry on, For the seasons just begun.

  5. The winters chill, and frosted hill, comes now without delay. As the ice hangs down, like a frosted gown, Winter hath come to stay.

  6. The frosted fields, No longer yield, The crops that used to grow. They’re lying deep, far down beneath, the layer of winters snow.

  7. Yet still we carry on, For we cannot be withdrawn.

  8. As blizzards blow, their billowing snow, The winds begin to bite. And all we see, is most simply, nothing else but white.

  9. The snow now spanned, this frozen land, from sea to shining sea. Oh Canada, beware the jaw, of Winters frozen fury.

  10. Yet still we carry on, Because this makes us strong.
