Overview • by–Board™ is manufactured from compressed straw and is used exclusively in the construction of our eco-Origins™ range of coffins. • eco Rest® Coffins are visually identical to traditional coffins, and negate the use of timber-based products. Using by-Board™ to replace timber-based products will revolutionise the Funeral Industry

  3. The ProductsThe eco One™ Hand-crafted in Derbyshire using dovetail joints for strength and 100% environmentally friendly. Traditionally shaped and designed the eco-One™ has been developed to address the need for those who place their eco beliefs at the forefront when the need arises. Built entirely from by-Board™ and non-toxic glue.

Current Status • Heads of Terms agreed and under review with The Co-operative Funeral Care for manufacture, supply and distribution to their network of funeral homes • Manufacturing agreement in place with Terry Smith Coffins Limited, a subsidiary of The Midland Co-operative Society • Heads of Terms agreed and under review with Colourful Coffins Limited, the UK’s No. 1 supplier of bespoke picture coffins • eco Rest® Trade Mark registered

Investment Sought eco Rest® are now seeking investors to support the Business with its future expansion plans. • £200,000 for 25% of the business (available in £20,000/2.5% increments) • With a 5% (£40,000) stake in the company, Non-executive Director status is available to allow for 10% Entrepreneur Tax Relief
