Background of Partnership • Novella Partnership existed in Ghana since 2002 • In 2007, the name “Allanblackia Partnership Ghana (APG) was adopted • Partnership is also unique (private-public partnership) So far: • partnership is useful in ensuring coordination and accountability • Knowledge management
