  5. Cutting Balloon (7mm) Unable to fully dilate using 10atm x 2 inflations Repeat angioplasty 8mm @ 25atm Final image

  6. Moderate stenosis involving proximal fistula (cephalic vein) adjacent to arterial anastomosis

  7. Patient underwent surgical revision of both venous stenoses
