  2. Apply Link in Resdex Mails • Every Resdex mail now has an apply link • Clicking on the link lands jobseeker to login page. Post login – • Apply mail is sent to the recruiter • Jobseeker lands on ACP (apply confirmation page)

Apply Link in Resdex Mails: Next Steps • “Dear <Jobseeker_Name>” in case of <5 recipients • Option would be given to clients to ‘Remove apply link’ from their mails (done based on customer feedback) • More information would be added in Resdex mail sent to candidates – • Keywords on which they were search for • Link to create custom job alert • HTML templates in Resdex mails

MSC (Multi Select Clusters) - Benefits Usable - Clusters on SRP will now be multi-select Easy – With clusters panel on the left side, actionable information now available upfront Better – Exhaustive options to refine results based on CTC, Industry, Functional Area / Role, Education (UG and PG), Current Location in one click Spotting the right candidate – Search with only the basic parameters and use clusters to refine results; don’t miss out on relevant, but misclassified jobseekers!

Resdex Data Quality: Naukri Premium • Objective • Modify algorithm to improve quality of Premium Resumes What was implemented Essentially three conditions for Premium – salary, premium institutes, top mgmnt role + exp. Enhance (–ve) list of roles to be excluded from Premium tagging Ensure all Premium CVs have CTC >= 10L (expect 0-6yrs exp. for Premium institutes) No tagging based on list of Premium companies Refine list of Premium Institutes (remove ICFAI, GIM, GLIM etc)

  8. Making Resdex faster and better Reduce javascript size and page load times; would help in making Resdex faster and improve user experience Continuous changes to Resdex algorithm to show more relevant CVs upfront to the recruiters

Using Recruiter comments to power workflows • Mappings for shorthand & misspellings -> increase coverage from 7-8% to 35% • Smart Interpreter for Comments • Showing misspelled comment in UI – tag it with standardized comment • User can switch it on/off using Resdex Search settings Next Steps Workflow & data labels in Resdex Searchability basis comments (using IDs) and labels Sharing & privacy options for comments & labels

  10. eCommerce/Service Tax changes Changing service tax from 10.3 to 12.36% Charging service tax at transaction level Removing pricing discrepancies between ERP/SUMS and eCommerce Service Tax should not be levied on USD prices Removing transactions before March 31, so that they can be paid at new S.T.

Load Issues on Resdex Load on Resdex increased a lot due to complex/large no. queries by certain clients Search on ‘All Resumes’ & ‘12 months+’ were disabled for a few days due to load issues Resolution Capacity increase – more servers were added at backend for Resdex Performance optimization in terms of handling complex Resdex queries Search on ‘All Resumes’ & ‘12 months+’ restored back

  12. RecentSearches in Resdex • Recent Searches: • One-click rerun” of recent searches by a subuser. Up to 20 recent searches will be saved and available for a subuser to re-run. • Available on Search Form and Search Results Page • Search name automatically created using Keywords, Location, CTC and Experience to facilitate easy recall

  13. Promotion of MySearch • “My Search” option is not commonly used by recruiters . Although feature requests for features which are available via My Search are common. • So increased the visibility and discoverability of “My Search”
