  10. 1st year player vs. experienced • We believe there is an even playing field for EVERYONE. While experience is important, we feel that all players have equal opportunity to show skill and ability. • Players must prove their talent and ability to earn a spot in competitions. It’s very important for players to understand their role and know that middle school is a developmental stage in their football career. • We don’t judge players. We teach, evaluate, and place them where we feel it is best for the team. • We will put players on the field that have proven themselves and earned a spot according to our ongoing assessments.
