Examples we shall coverin this demonstration: • A simple search on Postgraduate Research applications: - Extracting Core data from an Application Form. • A complex search on Postgraduate Instructional Applications: - Extracting data from both the Core data of an Application Form and a Department’s own Questions (‘Details’) taken from ‘Sections’ they have added to their ‘Application Form Group(s)’.

Who can access the Applicant Extract • Staff members who have a Role or Responsibility for • Applicants or Students will have the link. • ‘Applicant Extract’ via: • PEGASUS /ADMINISTRATION TAB / • ADMISSIONS BANNER • (b) Staff members who do not have the link • can request the link for the ‘Applicant Extract’ via: • PEGASUS / ADMINISTRATION TAB / INFORMATION • TECHNOLOGY SERVICES/REQUEST PEGASUS SERVICES

5. What information can be retrieved from the Application Database • a) Most of the Core data from an Application Form • excluding information on disability, special needs, • criminal convictions, and ethnic origin. • (b) For PGI only, additional questions added to an • Application Form by the Department.
