  11. Congrats to JNR team for competing on 4/26 in Bleckley Co. Dustin Walters, Trevor Martin and Chelsea Lanier all placed second. Dillon Tanner placed first. The team placed fifth overall!

  12. Congrats to Forestry team for competing on 4/21 in Swainsboro! Shelby Thomas placed second. Shane Rahn placed third.

  13. Beta club members: if you would like to purchase items for the Ronald McDonald house, get an items list from room 402. Items are due 5/10.

  17. FFA Banquet • May 12 • If you participated in livestock showing, any competition, or getting a degree, plan on coming. RSVP with Ms. Satterfield or Mrs. Arrington.

  18. Congrats to the Track Teams for competing on 4/22-23 at Statesboro. The boys finished third and girls finished sixth. Kiana Singletary, Tim Jackson, and Michael Hamilton qualified for the state meet.

  19. Any football players who are not in a PE class will be issued equipment on 5/4 after school.

  20. Juniors: Work Based Learning apps are due back to Mrs. Duff by 5/5.

  21. Seniors: to request transcripts please come by the counselor’s office and fill out a request from.  Please do not request them online until school starts in the Fall.

  22. Any current sophomores and juniors who signed up with Mr. Martin expressing interest in traveling to Europe in summer 2012, should meet in room 206 at 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 5. First payment and enrollment form are due by May 25.

  23. Seniors: return graduation forms to Mr. Martin as soon as possible.

  24. The French club will be undergoing some changes for next year. If you’d like to serve as a French club officer, stop by room 112 and get an application.
