COMAR for Gifted and Talented Students.02 Identification What is PTD for PreK-2? • By the end of grade two, all students will have a Primary Talent Development Portfolio Summary. • Students who regularly perform at the “independent” level on the PTD tasks will be recommended for WCPS Advanced Programs.
