Legacy Risk Mitigation Project • May 2015 - June 2015 - Phase 2 Detailed Analysis, Test Script Development, continue building new development DB2 databases for both phases • July 2015 - November 2015 - Phase 2 Database Remodeling, code/JCL conversion, Build QA and CUAT Environments; continue Unit and begin QA Testing • January 2016 - February 2016 - Final code refresh for all applications. Build Parallel and Production Environments. Phase 2 performance test, continue QA testing, begin Assessment & Authorization • March 2016 - June 2016 - CUAT and Parallel testing • July 2016 - Production implementation of all converted applications • May 2015 - Completed Phase 2 Global Assessment • Phase 1 - Application refresh continues - Database changes required due to coding changes associated with the CARS project - Performance tuning converted PPS batch and online applications • Phase 2 - Detailed Analysis of inventory and detailed plan is being created • Due to delays with the implementation of CARS Legacy Risk may be impacted due to resource constraints

Central Accounting Reporting System (CARS) • June 2015 - Complete Integration and User Acceptance Testing • July - November 2015 -Production Parallel Testing • December 2015 - NFC becomes a full CARS Reporter • March 12, 2015 - CARS Work Group Meeting • Completed Systems Development • NFC continues as a CARS Collection Pilot Reporter • Production Parallel Testing of Secure Payment System (SPS) 440 bulk file formats • Integration and User Acceptance Testing for inclusion of the TAS and Business Event Type Code (BETC) • None

  7. HRLOB Provider Activities • May - June 2015 - HRLOB/OPM will solicit responses for the 2015 Provider Assessment • August 4 - 5, 2015 - Bi-Annual SSCAC meeting scheduled in Washington, DC. HRLOB/OPM invites members from each Shared Service Center to participate along with members of various organizations • Responded to numerous data calls from OPM on various topics (e.g., HRLOB Strategic Framework Review; Provider Service Function Inventory; Representatives for SASPI and Payroll Data Standards Workgroup; and Congressional Data Call on Pay Stub Copies Mailed to Federal Employees) • Participated in monthly calls with OPM and other SSCs • Participating in the 2015 Provider Assessment Working Group to improve future assessment processes • Working with HRLOB to encourage more agency participation with the 2015 Assessment • None

OPM Initiatives • Pay Period 22, 2015 - FEHB Self Plus One Enrollment implemented • TBD - FEHB Self Plus One Limited Enrollment Period • TBD - Affordable Care Act IRS New Requirement • Pay Period 06, 2015 - Implemented Phased Retirement • Pay Period 08, 2015 - Implemented a new process to waive the FEHB election for previously employed Intermittent employees • Affordable Care Act IRS - April 28, 2015 - Provided OPM with the first Pilot Data for forms 1094C and 1095C- Modified programs for forms per feedback from OPM during first Pilot • FEHB Self Plus One Enrollment -Agencies & NFC must ensure systems are ready to accept & process the new codes for the 2015 Open Season (enrollment codes will be effective January 1, 2016) - FRD in progress based on current draft guidance by OPM, awaiting OPM specific wording for error messages • FEHB Self Plus One Limited Enrollment Period - FRD in progress, awaiting additional OPM guidance • Affordable Care Act IRS New Requirements - Continue on-going weekly meetings with IRS and OPM • FEHB Self Plus One Enrollment -All testing must be completed no later than September 1, 2015 • Affordable Care Act IRS - IR Code Designation letters have not been received from all Departments/Agencies

Security Access Improvements • FY15 Process Improvements -Build a Proof of Concept to automate access provisioning - Automate additional PPS Security Access Reports for ASOs to certify access provisioned • FY16 Process Improvements - Tools for development of web applications to automate entry and editing of access requests - Restructure Role Based Security Implementation. Tentative dates of each agency is being identified - Implement an automated access provisioning tool • April 2015 - Completed Process Improvement - Maintaining an average request processing time at 5 days - Processed 3,280 total number of requests from Dec 2014 to April 2015 - Processed 143 total expedited access requests from Dec 2014 to April 2015 - Processed a total of 1,921 security trouble tickets (e.g., ASO inquiries) • Conducting assessment for automated access management • Fully implement federation two-factor authentication with non-USDA NFC customers to strengthen system and application authentication • Configuring and testing tools that allow development of web applications to automate entry/editing of access requests • Restructuring the project schedule for Role Based Access Implementation. Tentative dates to be disseminated to agencies for discussion/approval • Planning activities/timeline automated access provisioning • None
