County Sports Partnership • After Schools Programme - £50,000 funding • Southampton Distraction Activities Project £75,000 • 2011 – County Sports Partnerships Cut • Partnership Development Manager in Department • 72/82 Schools signed service level agreement • After Schools Programme (w/b 9/1/2012 - 41 after school clubs 170 coaching placements) • Competitions for all 82 schools in Southampton (SGO)

Coach Education Coach Education 2010/11 • 535 attended NGB courses in 2010/11, with a completion rate of 85% • 34 NGB courses were delivered in 2010/11 Predicted Coach Education 2011/12 • 811 spaces available on NGB courses, with a further 390 on CPD modules • 43 NGB courses a programmed for 2011/12 • Further Qualifications

Good Practices • Sportivate Funding - Small money for equipment - Funding for project (Coaches and Venue hire) - Raises Participation • Internships - 2 University Funded Internships (Coach Dev./S&C) - 1 Apprentice (Leisure Centre) - 2 NGB Internships (Badminton & Volleyball) - 8-12 Internships (Current Students in Sports Dev./S&C)
