  1. DDA News: The Online Web Portal Launched Today On Delhi Land Pooling Policy A new policy to generate 17 lakh houses in Delhi including 5 lakhs for the EWS category has been launched. A new web portal for land pooling is now available for the public. The online Land Pooling Policy portal launched on today. It is a single window system that has been set up to help stakeholders. The DDA released a statement which read “Keeping in line with the goal of ‘ease of doing business”, a single-window system has created for the implementation of the policy. Processes of receiving applications, verifications, grant of approvals and licenses will be completed in a time-bound manner”. DDA further added that a two-stage grievance would be introduced for transparency. The land pooling policy will cover 95 urban extensions in villages. The minimum land holding required is 2 Hectares. 70% of contiguous land would have to be assembled for land pooling to be eligible.
