Our Purpose! • This is just an overview of the technology applications that you will be using to communicate with parents, students and colleagues across the district. • This power point will be placed on Barbara Gurian’s website. Access it through Plumb Elementary… teacher websites… 2nd grade.

  3. Domain Password • What: All PCSB employees are assigned a user id and password to access district applications. • How: The user id and password are assigned by the help desk or the security administrator at your worksite. • You will be prompted to change your password every three months.

  4. Outlook • What: Outlook is the email system for all PCSB employees. • How: web based version, client based version • Where: To receive training on using Outlook check with your Technology Specialist at your school or register for a class through Professional Development on LMS.
