CARING COMMUNITY - SAFETY AND SECURITY Wet Weather Arrangements • Pupils can alight at Foyer 1. • Parents may fetch P1 pupils from Foyer 1.
CARING COMMUNITY - SCHOOL ATTIRE • 2nd Jan and 3rd Jan – Pupils to come in their PE Attire • Name Tag to be worn for 1st month • 6th of January onwards : • Pupils can come to school in their PE attire only on days when they have PE • School Uniform is to be worn on all other days • For health reasons, pupils are advised to change out of their PE attire during recess.
First 2 DAYS of School Time table - suspended for 1st 2 days for administrative matters and Orientation.
BOOKS TO BRING • Books to bring on the first day of school. These books will be collected by the teachers and placed in the classroom. First 2 WEEKS of School • 2nd Jan and 3rd Jan – parents may see their child during recess ( 2. 25 p.m. and 2.55 p.m. ) • As we want to encourage your child to be independent and ensure smooth transition, please do not interact with your child during recess • 6th of January onwards - P1 pupils will be led to the hall from the canteen by teachers. Parents will not be allowed into the canteen during recess
Daily Schedule Reporting time : • 12.40 p.m. in the hall (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays) • 1.10 p.m. on Wednesdays Recess time (2nd Jan and 3rd Jan) : • 2.25 – 2.50 p.m (Pr. 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D) • 2.55 – 3.20 p.m (Pr. 1E, 1F, 1G and 1H) 1st week - buddy system during recess by P5 students Recess Time (Normal): 2.55 – 3.25 p.m. Dismissal time : Mon to Fri - 6.30pm
FAQs • My child has lost his/her name tag, what should I do? • Stickers will be provided for students who have either forgotten to bring or lost their name tag. • 2. I have decided to fetch my child from gate 2 instead of gate 1. How can I communicate this with the teacher? • You can indicate the gate number on your child’s name tag.
FAQs 3. My child did not manage to buy some of the books in the booklist. You can buy the books when they become available. 4. How do I meet/talk to the form teacher? You can leave a message via phone for the Form Teacher at the General Office from 30 Dec onwards. The Form teacher will call you to address your concerns. For any other queries, please refer to our school website or the pupils’ handbook.
