  2. Why??? • Immediate transfer of transcript, no wait time for traditional mailing • Secure Transcript transmission • Eliminates confusion in the transcript sending<>receiving cycle • Creates audit trail • Cost effective (save mailing, printing, staff time)

  3. The Process • Communicate with New Jersey Transfer to start the process • Through protocol definition parameters and file creation, develop secure file systems • Develop secure data transmission process • Limit users access through users rights and folder access privileges
