  2. Anatomy/appearance • The wolverine is to scare its opponent off. • By growling or showing off its sharp teeth.

  3. Locomotion The wolverine walks on four legs it is fast when it attack it kills its prey everytime

  4. Diet • The wolverine is a omnivore. • Wolverines primarily eat carrion they eat . • Animals that are already dead are called carrion.

  5. Habitat and range • The wolverine lives in cool forests, • tundra north America, • Europe, • and forest mountains

  6. Adaptations • The wolverine needs its fur for winter when it gets cold. • they also have sharp teeth to bit into there enemies. • they also need that scent they put on the dead animal before they eat it

  7. Life cycle/reproduction • The wolverine gives birth only once in two years. • It gives birth between May, and August. • The wolverine mates during the summer and has 2-5 babies. • The wolverine will mate again with another wolverine.

  8. Behavior • Wolverines are excellent swimmers, and climbers. • The wolverine will climb up trees up to 35 km. • The wolverine is slow on land. • The wolverine gallops when it walks.

  9. Defense/Offense • The wolverine eats small animals birds, fish, and fruit. • The wolverine also eats caribou, and moose • If the wolverine find dead food it will spray a scent on it and eat it

Enemies • The wolverines enemies are wolves, porcupines, and humans. • The humans kill the wolverine for its fur • If the wolverine would fighting a bear it would scare it off but the bear would win • All wolverines can scare off a pack of wolves! • The wolverine would kill a porcupine but not eat it!

  11. Species survival status • The wolverine relies on dead animals. • The wolverine also relies on there own kills.

  12. Something special • It can kill its own food but it sometimes kills others it eats cougars, bears, and deer.

  13. Extra information • The wolverine can eat its own food but it some times steal. • This is a poem about the wolverine I wrote. • The wolverine is the best • Definitely the best bear around • It towers nature
