They have also purchased 131,000 SF 11 acre Starlight Plaza from Brixmor to redevelop into offices. • Chrysler is in process of a $500 million upgrade as the Grand Cherokee orders are surpassing production. • University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University continue to expand their reach and services through development. • The City of Toledo has rebounded from a $48 million deficit and will now have an estimated $5 million budget surplus. • Industrial absorption has increased and asking lease rates are up 3.3% over last year.
