Activist • Strengths: • Open-minded • Enthusiastic about anything new • Good in working with • others and sharing ideas • Weakness • Impacient about listening to • lecture or long explanation • as well as reading and writing • Unconcentrated and disturbing • when not leading the group • Reflector • Strengths: • Thinking carefully before • taking any step • Good in making evaluations • Weakness • Bad leader • Bad in working under pressure

Theorist • Strengths: • Perfectionists • Good in analysing and synthesize • Weakness • They’re not open-minded and • sometimes old fashion • Pragmatist • Strengths: • Good in making connection between • the learning and the real world • Open-minded like the activist • Weakness • Impatient with lengthy discussions • Bad in working when he • can’t see the purpose

Rossana It has always been a big challenge for me to resume the ideas to simple structure to present it so the Active Experimentation was the less exciting part of this exercise and also the most difficult for me. And I enjoyed the first part of the exercise where we’re moving around experiencing the smells and taking notes. I’m and activist and I think that I fit in the profile. Jaagup The least confotable part of the exersise was the Active Experimentation, I am not used to work in groups and analyse Diferent thougs. The most confortable Part was the concrete expeience where we had to gather information on our own.I am mostly a reflector and a big part is a activist. I think that it is true.
