Gateway: stand-by SIM cards immediately take over service, leaving previous SIM card time to recover) • In-band to out-band signaling conversion: • Rejectionof useless calls(all in-band signaling is converted to out-band-signaling, allowing immediate rejection of useless calls (“busy”, “not available”, “wrong number”, etc.)) • Re-routingof useless calls(after rejection, calls are re-routed through e.g. PTT network) • High Quality of Service (QOS)Conversion of in-band alert tone into clean D-channel signaling  EVT - Wn
