  1. Good Hysteresis on die g3 SW2140 – MTJ All shown junctions haven’t been broken down, can be further measured.

  2. Index • Potentially good junctions that have been further measured with finer field steps. ---------- 3 • Junctions that may also be good but didn’t measure further. -------------- 21 • Something junctions that don’t fit the model. ------- 31 • Hysteresis with finer field steps and compare to the model ---------------------- 34 (most interesting data) • Summary ------------------ 67 (most interesting data)

  3. Good Junctions Will be tested by finer field steps for hysteresis…

  25. F30 – 50 x 100 E Hysteresis loop not stable

  26. G25 – 50 x 100 H Peaks not even

  27. J30 – 50 x 150 H Minor loop too narrow

  28. M24 – 60 x 120 H No sharp switching

  29. M26 – 60 x 120 H Hysteresis loop not stable

  30. R28 – 80 x 160 E No sharp switching

  31. Cannot understand Type 1: major loop looks OK, but no good minor loop, the two peaks in major loop have different height in most cases. Type 2: good minor loop, the two peaks in major loop are almost separate from each other. May require finer steps in major loop

  32. Type 1 B26, B27, E30, F25, F26, I26, J21, J29….

  33. Type 2 If this is only because major loop field steps are too large, then we have about 20 more possible good junctions
