  2. What is happening ? : / • Oil spills harm all animals in and around the ocean • An oil spill is when an oil tanker leaks oil into the ocean • This harms whales from breathing • Sea otters bodies are covered in oil • Cause of death in smalls animals such as starfish or seaweed

Illegal dumpers and more , • Illegal dumpers are people who dump there crude oil in oceans because they do not want to spend the money to dispose of it properly • Terrorists also cause oil spills in oceans because they dump oil in oceans because they want to get the countries attention • & natural disasters may also cause an oil spill hurricanes winds may blow an oil tanker over in the ocean

  4. What can we do ? • DON’T SPILL OIL ! • stop making careless mistakes • check and make sure for hurricane warnings
