  3. 1. BACKGROUND • Objective: The Regional and State Coordinators will submit their “Quarterly Report of Activities, 2010” to Lic. Arturo Chávez Chávez, Attorney General, participating at the same time at the Chain of Custody Workshop. • Venue: PGR Independencia Room, Reforma 211 and 213, Mexico City. • Date: April 26 and 27, 2010. • Arrival Date April 25, 2010 (Afternoon). • Grand Opening> Monday 26, 10:00 a.m. • Participants: (Proposal). • Attorney General. • Sub-Director for Regional Control, Criminal Processes and Constitutional Protection. • Head of Planning, Development and Institution Innovation. • General Director for Forensic Services. • Administrative Director, CWAG, USA. (CWAG) • Executive Directors at: Labs, Document Specialties and Engineering, Medical Specialties, Forensic Services. • Area Directors at: Organizational Development and Supervision and Technical Legal Assistance, Forensic Services. • Forensic Services Regional Coordinators in the 4 Zones: Northeast, West, Southeast and South. • Forensic Services State Coordinators, 31. • Course Instructors: Lance Gima, Forensic Science Project Director US-Mexico Alliance and Geoffrey Lauter , District Prosecutor in the California Department of Justice, USA. • Total Attendants: 48 People (approx.)

  11. 5. GENERAL INFORMATION • Venue: PGR Independencia Room, Reforma 211 and 213, Mexico City. • We are considering the participation of Lic. Arturo Chávez Chávez, Attorney General, as chair of the meeting from 10:00 a.m. (50 minutes) on April 26, 2010 • We will start with the report of the 5 Regional Coordinators, submitted to the Attorney General (6 minutes ea). • The participations of State Coordinators will be 5 minutes each, in regional segments. • Estimated time for reports> 3:15 Hours. • Basically, the participants will present: • Current status of coordination • Workforce • Reports issued in the quarter • Relevant Issues • 2010 Projects
