  2. Work Time • Please be punctual for your work • DSS working hour:- 8:00am – 5:30pm

  3. New CE Support Location – Q3 • Wei Hong is leaving and the replacement for PG12 headcount and job scope will be Darren Tan. • Khor will support PG1-5 and PG5.2 starting WW27.4 onwards. To operate from PG1 to support PG5.2 tickets • CE Support Location will be reviewed from time to time to cater the needs and support model in daily break-fix cases and PC Supply tickets. • New hires (replacement for Wei Hong) currently on training in PG12.

DSS CE Computer Systems Usage and Ownership • All machine in use belongs to Intel properties. • Do not in any circumstances remove the machine from the building you are assigned to work, unless you are from for laptop deployment training or Asset Tracking. • Shared PC • Shared pc usage among CE in PCSC • Test for 2 weeks for feedback

  6. Project Updates T30 laptop refresh IBM desktop refresh

  7. T30 Refresh • Plan to go on WW30 – WW31. • Depends on stock availability • T30 passive refresh is a go • Passive refresh in controlled environment • HDD faulty and requires rebuild • To get approval from Keat Hooi. • Details of passive refresh are to be update to Keat Hooi.

  8. Desktop Refresh • All A40s are to be collect back and upgrade to the DELL or the next available models if there is a breakdown. • Other models, M41 and M42, hotswap a machine if stock is available, else upgrade to DELL machine. If a rebuild is required, upgrade to DELL machine. • Please take note not all upgrades will be DELL280, if DELL 260 and DELL270 is available, please deploy them.

  9. Opens • Asset info in GEMS ticket – correct update history in GEMS. • Asset Accuracy for asset update excel sheet. • Punctual for daily reports • DELL LCD contrast and brightness not adjustable. • Missing items during return of laptops • Security violation / safety • First – Aid – Kit
