Introduction • Requirement • Forward Deployed Naval Force (FDNF) in Rota, Spain • Comprised of four (4) DDG-51 class guided missile destroyers • Two destroyers will arrive in FY 2014, two in FY 2015 • Require maintenance and repair to sustain operations • Contracting Office • U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) • Requiring Activity (Technical) • U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA)

Site Visit Rules • Attendees to this site visit have been asked to sign in. Those sign-in sheets will be provided to all attendees and posted publicly on NECO and FedBizOpps. • To ensure that all attendees receive the same information, please direct all questions regarding the solicitation to the contracting officer or to the contract specialist. Please do not engage other government personnel regarding solicitation requirements. • The Navy will entertain questions after the site visit.
