  4. Claims Process Inpatient, Hospitalisation, Surgery Logon to: expatinsurance.com.sg/reflectgeo Download & Complete Pre-Hospitalisation Form Upon approval, Aviva will arrange for direct settlement with the Hospital/Provider.

  5. Claims Process Outpatient Claims Two Options: Visit a Cashless Outpatient Provider Visit a Doctor of Your Choice

  6. Claims Process Cashless Outpatient Claims Visit a clinic on the Cashless Directory Present your medicalcard at time of visit Sign the claim form at clinic 4. The clinic will bill Aviva directly

  8. Claims Process Outpatient Reimbursement Claims Aviva will credit your preferred bank account in the currency of your choice. *Note: All claims must be submitted within 120 days. Timeline: Upon receipt of claim form and receipts by post, Aviva will process within two weeks time.
