  4. MBT & CCM • Guarantee rights of landmine and cluster munition victims • Do not discriminate other persons with disabilities • Target over 30 mine and cluster bomb affected countries where victims live

  7. funding situation Landmine & Cluster Munition Monitor: Latest figure – 2009-2010 • 449 million dollars to 54 countries • 15 of 33 mine action donors provided assistance, totaling 38 million dollars, or 9% of global mine action funding. 25% of 38 million went to ICRC and national red cross and red crescent societies
