  4. GNCN Road Map: EPA/DOE Energy Star The Greening of North Carolina Network • This joint EPA & DOE National program Energy Starwith about 45% public recognition. It has two sections, Product Labeling and Buildings. The GNCN program only works with the building sectors at this time. • Energy Star for Buildings has a unique program tailored for each of the sectors. • The enhancements to the Energy Star program in N.C. offers great assistance.
