Boston College Army ROTCMission/Vision • Mission: • To recruit, retain, develop, and commission the future junior officerleadership of the U.S. Army • Vision: • An elite and expanding program, which leverages the strengths of Boston College and appeals to a broad range of students with unique career goals (including future doctors, lawyers, nurses, and chaplains) • Attract highly qualified BC applicants and students interested in serving in a wide range of leadership positions, in Maneuver, Fires and Effects, Operations Support, Force Sustainment, and Health Services • Commission 12-15 confident and competent junior Army leaders, per year, who demonstrate a capacity for scholastic, athletic and leadership excellence
