  4. Objectives • Evaluate energy performance of high rise buildings • Analysis of utilities consumption to create a benchmark • Support on the development of energy management policies at the buildings level • Identify tools and guidelines that can be used for the process setup

  5. Intent of Deliverables • Provide an overview on the energy paradigm and the drivers for efficiency • Establish benchmarks for high rise buildings • List potential areas for intervening with the aim of improving performance • Establish guidelines and simple tools for assessing the performance
