  3. Logging in on a school computer (XP/Win 2000) • School number – student • Login: 437-student • Password: 437stu • Teacher Log in ~ Site Based Employees only • Login: Your username • Password: your password • Generic Log in ~ non-site based employees • Login : 437-teacher • Password: 437tch

  4. Logging in on a school computer (Win 95/98) • Additional Logins: • Lab Login • Login: 437-lab • Password: lab437 • Media Login • for Media Specialists

  5. Things to Remember about Logins… • Student Log-in is for student use • Teacher Log-in gives you programs specifically for teachers • Attendance • E-mail • Grading software • Never leave your computer logged in as a teacher so that students may have access to it.

  6. Saving… • Students • Save to Student Activities • Teachers • Log in with Username & Password • My Documents

  7. E-Mail Reminders • Your GCS email is your professional email. • Use only for educational purposes • Do not use GCS email for personal email • Your GCS email is not private • GCS email is not to be used for personal gain.
