  5. A QUICK GUIDE FOR YOUR STAFF Park Points and Centre Staff Usage Whilst Centre staff are encouraged to download and use the Park Points app so they can have an understanding of how it operates, their usage is bound by the following terms and conditions: • Centre staff cannot earn points in the store they are employed with (regardless of whether they are on duty or not) • Centre Staff are limited to earning points via the following methods – Centre entry, purchases at participating retailer (excluding their own), birthday and points milestone • Centre Staff cannot earn points via special events & activities (eg. Parklife Historical Displays). • Centre Staff are limited to claiming ‘instant prizes’ only (eg. Free Coffee) which are redeemed directly from a participating retailer. This excludes any prize that needs to be collected from Centre Management. • Centre Staff are excluded from claiming prizes in App run competitions, including but not exclusive to the Competitions tab, Treasure Hunts, Random Rewards and Scratch n Wins. We believe these conditions are fairer for our customer, as the overall aim of the app has always been to increase the number of weekly visits and to increase the number of stores they purchase from per visit. We are sure you will agree that allowing retail staff to claim significant prizes and deals does not help us achieve this aim. Store Managers: Please ensure that all your staff members are aware of these new Terms and Conditions to avoid any embarrassment if they come to our office to collect a prize they do not qualify for.

  6. HOW DOES IT WORK FOR THE CUSTOMER? Currently points are provided as below: • Joining the program: 10 points • Entering the shopping centre: 5 points • Shopping at Participating Retailers: 10 points • Referring other customers to join the program: 10 points • Sharing their shopping experience on social media: 10 points • A gift for their birthday: 100 points • Points for more personal information (d.o.b, suburb, gender): 25 points Points are used to redeem prizes, enter competitions, and unlock special deals from our retailers. We can also offer double points, triple points and any other variation to drive foot traffic (eg: Double points the day after a State of Origin win - Go Queenslander!!!)
