  3. 環境治療(Milieu Therapy) • 利用環境做為治療工具 (Devin, 1981) • 利用環境達成治療目標(Bettelheim & Sylvester,1948)

  4. 環境(Milieu) • 一個經過特殊設計 , 結構化 , 以及為達成某些特定目標 , 秉持特定理念的環境 • 環境 = 物理環境 (硬體) + 心理社會環境 (軟體) 二者同等重要

  10. HOW ? 提供標示及線索 現實導向 (人時地) 安全可自由活動的空間 清楚可見

  11. 安全問題 • 走失 • 誤食 • 跌倒 • 燙傷 • 跌出窗外 • 判斷差引起的各種意外

  12. 理念二 設計一個能滿足失智者 及照顧者身心靈社會需要的環境

  13. How? 足夠的設施 :餐廳,廁所,可走動空間 休息的空間,舒適的溫度溼度 促進社交互動的空間 豐富的正向刺激 滿足靈性需求的空間

  15. 理念三 安排一個對失智者有意義的環境, 令失智者能與環境連結 配合失智者的文化背景 懷舊—失智者當下熟悉的 個人化的空間
