INTRODUCTION Definition : Gas Liftis an artificial lift method that usesenergy from the gas (high gas pressure), which is inserted in annulus and the gas will enter to tubing string through gas lift valve to provide lifting energy. The purpose are : • Increasing well production • Reviving dead well GAS LIFT OPERATION

  4. INTRODUCTION • Type of gas lift : Based on the equipment used : - Annulus (SPM) - Macaroni Based on the flow of gas : - Continuous - Intermittent GAS LIFT OPERATION

  5. EQUIPMENT • Gas lift valve • Gas lift mandrel (SPM) • Gas lift line (Orifice, choke & check valve ) • HGL compressor as gas lift supply • Additional supply from HEOR compressor through the jumper line GAS LIFT OPERATION

  7. CONCLUSION • Gas lift are installed for increasing well production and reviving dead well by inject gas (high gas pressure) to the well , so fluid can flow to the surface. GAS LIFT OPERATION
