RAG Status RED Key Issues ISPs struggling for resource to manage both day to day and 21CN FAS/NGB product now potentially in delay following addition of new requirements on the 21CN product set IPstream requirements capture in delay Lack of commercial principles is a major issue for Industry as try to make decisions on future suppliers and products. Migration issues are now surfacing and Industry are concerned. For NGN Broadband, there is a requirement to meet shared economies of scale for all ISPs across areas of economic bottleneck. Broadband/LLU RAG for January 2006tom.saville@bt.com Key Milestones December / January Achievements BB/LLU WG held on 10 January 2006. 28 attendees. Main input was on Implementation and Migration plus Testing. Presentations well received. Work commenced at the meeting on NGN Broadband Requirements. January / February Work Plan Continue with requirements and specification of NGN Broadband. Continue with detailed discussions on migration of existing products Industry to input on suggested pricing methodologies Time Cost Quality Customer Satisfaction Information Status:

WG Issues & RAGs • Working Group Issues are defined as problems that are within the WG scope and will impede the progress of the WG and cannot be totally resolved, without delaying known milestones, by the WG without outside help. • The outside help will be triggered by a formal escalation. Any WG that has one or more escalations currently flagged will be deemed to be in status Red (shown against time indicator). If an issue has the potential to delay a key milestone it should raise an Amber status flag, but no formal escalation will be raised. Once the escalation has been dealt with and appropriate guidance given the escalation will be closed and the WG status will revert. • Other WG RAG status influences will be: Cost, Quality & Customer Satisfaction & Information, as in table below.
