Important Dates To Remember October, November and December 2012Discharges/Encounters • April 1– May 15, 2013: Inpatient Structural Measures and DACA • April 3, 2013: HCAHPS data submission * April 4 - 10, 2013: HCAHPS Review and Correct Period • April 15, 2013: Outpatient Validation records due to the CDAC (only hospitals selected for FY 2014) • April 17, 2013: Inpatient Validation records due to the CDAC (only hospitals selected for FY 2014)
Important Dates To Remember October, November and December 2012Discharges/Encounters • May 1, 2013 Outpatient Clinical Process Measures due to QualityNet • May 1, 2013: HAI Blood Culture Template due (only hospitals selected for FY 2014) • May 15, 2013: Inpatient Clinical Process Measures due to QualityNet • May 15, 2013: CLABSI, CAUTI, SSI Colon, SSI Hysterectomy, and *Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination data due to NHSN * Summary data for the 2012 - 2013 Flu season

Report Selection Select a report category using the drop-down arrow in the Report Category section and select Go.
