Staff ethnicity and disability analysis by grade Staff disability analysis Staff ethnicity analysis New staff 2013/14 51% of new staff are female; 49% are male 8.1% of new staff are from a BME community. 5.4% of new staff are disabled. Promoted staff 2013/14 59% of promoted staff are female; 41% male 4.5% of promoted staff are from a BME community 4.5% of promoted staff are disabled
