Our GOALS are: To deliver a consistent “BCI experience” for members to develop and enhance their qualifications and expertise To strengthen BCI’s role as “the global thought leader” for BCM To increase BCI’s global influence within both mature and emerging BCM markets
FirstGOAL To deliver a consistent “BCI experience” for members to develop and enhance their qualifications and expertise • Provide specialist BCM training to develop individual knowledge, skills and capabilities • Provide access to peer based networking opportunities • Encourage members to uphold professional capability throughout their career by updating their knowledge and skills and maintaining a record of this progress • Provide thought leadership publications and research reports • Exploit technology to ensure consistency of access to products and services to all members
Second GOAL To strengthen BCI’s role as “the global thought leader” for BCM • Continue to influence, and reflect the evolution of, BCM as a discipline through updating our Body of Knowledge • Work with academia to incorporate BCI initiated concepts for the continued growth of the BCM discipline • Create a network of recognised thought leaders to provide local expert opinion • Strengthen our voice to further build our global reputation
Third GOAL To increase BCI’s global influence within mature and emerging BCM markets • Increase membership numbers within established regions • Substantially grow our membership and thought leader base in emerging BCM markets • Offer entry level and specialist BCM training to meet different market needs and career aspirations for BCM practitioners • Maintain existing and develop new strategic alliances and partnerships in commercial and government sectors
