  2. Craft and Construction Related Training Overview Agenda: • DFW Funded • Who is Eligible? • How Does Your Account Get Funded? • How Do You Sign Up Employees for Training? • What Training is Available? • Questions?

Training Accounts • DFW has Funded $2.1M for Craft and Construction Related Training • Qualified Contractors are Eligible to Participate • Qualified Contractors are: • 1) Those enrolled in the Rolling Owner Controlled Insurance Program (ROCIP) • 2) Those performing work on TRIP projects • Qualified Employees are Eligible to Receive Training • Qualified Employees are: • 1) Paid wages on an hourly basis (not salaried) • 2) Is employed by a Qualified Contractor who is or has performed TRIP work • 3) Is or has been enrolled in ROCIP • 4) Is or has individually performed work at DFW Airport on TRIP projects

  4. Funding of Accounts • Funding is Earned by Each Qualified Contractor as They Work on TRIP Related Projects • Man Hours Must be Reported every month on the DFW ROCIP Payroll Reporting Form • This Form Must be Emailed to dfwocip@willis.com • Construction Education Foundation, Inc. is the Administrator for DFW Airport

  5. Signing Up Employees for Training • CEF Will Provide a New Contractor Packet • Complete the A-1 Form • Register Employees for Training • Specific Questions About Your Account may be Addressed to: Cindy Leslie cindy@ntcef.org

  6. Training Classes • All Courses Are Pre-Approved by DFW • Once Approved the Course will be on the TRIP Approved Course (TAC) List • Sending an Employee to a Course That is Not on the TAC list Requires Course Pre Approval Using the Course Pre-Approval Form (CPAF) • Completion of Course Reimbursement Form (D-I) • Reimbursement Contingent on Proof of Course Completion, Minimum Attendance of 75% of Classes, Completed CPAF, and Funding Availability in Contractors Account • General Fund

  7. Training Providers • Training Options • Classes are for Craft and Craft Related Training Only • Minority Contracting Associations • Unions • CEF • Other Training Providers
