KEY HIGHLIGHTS – Q2 2014 • KISS 100 now reaches nearly 1.9 million listeners every week • Market share is 4.8% • KISS listeners tune in for 10.2 millionhours every week • KISS 100 comes top against all commercial and BBC stations for reach amongst 15-34s • KISS 100 is commercial share market leader amongst 15-34s and 15-44s • KISS has 1.1mABC1 listeners, and1.4m Housewives tuning into KISS every week • 984,000 KISS 100 listeners (53%) don’t listen to Capital, and 1.7m (91%) don’t listen to Capital XTRA • The average age of a KISS UK listener is 30 (based on all respondents) • 4.6 million people listen to KISS across the UK every week Source: RAJAR Q2 2014 Average Age Base: All Respondents

KEY PROGRAMMING HIGHLIGHTS – Q2 2014 • Rickie, Melvin and Charlie now reach1.5m listeners across the UK and 783,000 listeners in London each week • Jez reaches 941,000listeners Monday-Saturday between 9am and 12pm • Monday –Sunday between 11am and 12pm KISSTORY now reaches 707,000listeners in London and over 1.4 million across the UK • Between 12pm – 3pm Neev reaches 669,000 listeners • Between 3pm and 7pm Michael & Tinea reach 889,000listeners in London • Kiss reaches 38,000 more 15-34s than Capital and has a 25% higher reach among 15-24s than BBC Radio 1 (in the Kiss TSA) Source: RAJAR Q2 2014
