    2. Requirement Documents Requirement are organized by technology area: Some requirements are optional. Need RE-organization into: Mandatory Requirements Optional Requirements

    3. LDP VS RSVP WE need clear understanding of needed changes to the existing LDP and RSVP protocols. Authors of proposals, should clearly document the changes are needed to extend the existing protocols. This should be a new section in the existing drafts Example: LDP need a QoS information RSVP needs a PW status information.
