Dress Code • Refer to CHS dress code policy Basically: • Be modest • Nothing “disruptive” or “inappropriate” • Sent to the office and change clothes
Tardy Sweeps • Conducted randomly • After School Detention assigned on specified date
After School Detention (ASD) • Mandatory • 2:30-3:30pm • 30 or 60 minutes • Behavior and excessive tardies • Dates and assignments determined by CHS Administration
ASD Expectations • Must have parent signature on “CHS After School Detention Summons” • NO signature = NO admittance • Study Hall: • Bring academic work for ENTIRE time • NO work = NO admittance • No talking • No electronics (including computers)
Saturday School (9-11th) • NOT optional if you receive summons • Cumulative • 6 or more A’s or U’s • 4 or more T’s • 8-12pm at CHS • Bring school work
Loss of Privilege List (LOP) Based on: • Attendance • Behavior • Not attending ASD, Saturday School, ISS • Suspension • GPA (<2.0 in scholarship and citizenship)
Effects of the LOP No extra-curricular activities, like: • Dances • Field Trips • Sports games/matches • Cheerleading performances • Drama performances • Pep Rallies • Etc.
Moral of the Story • Come to school EVERY DAY • Get to class ON TIME • Use PowerSchool • Ask questions and EMPOWER yourself • Make good choices!
