  1. File and ServeAdding Agent Names to Eviction Cases

  2. File & Serve Submission If the Landlord/Owner is a Business check the box “Party is a Business” and type in the business name.

  3. If the filing is on behalf of the Landlord/Owner and that person is an individual, type in the Owner/Landlord name.

  4. To add the Agent/Property Manager name click the “Add Another Party” option and type in the Agent/Property Manager name.
