Persistent ISR JIC MILITARY PROBLEM SCOPE US ISR force structure must be able to provide an affordable, flexible and focusable ISR capability that is able to support the full range of military operations. The ability to gather, fuse, and understand multi-INT, multi-domain information to derive long term knowledge of adversary capability, status and intent; to provide persistent, deep look, multi-aspect surveillance enabling prosecution of time critical targets across all mediums; and to track and identify surface moving targets is critical to Warfighter success.
