  4. Delete this slide! Ez a szöveg nem látszik jól, mert egy olyan betűtípust használtam, ami bár nagyon szép, de egyáltalán nem alkalmas PowerPointos bemutatókhoz. Az ilyesmire érdemes odafigyelni: nem mindig néz ki jól az például egy kivetítőn, ami a monitoron szép. Az ilyen bemutatók lényege a fontos dolgok összefoglalása, kiemelése. Gyakorlatilag első pillantásra áttekinthetőnek, érthetőnek kell lennie. Ennyit különben sem írunk egy diára, ugyanis normális esetben, egy élő bemutatón senki nem fogja végigolvasni.

  6. Text Font colours, underlines etc. are familiar, I think. What about Text Shadow? What do you think it is for? Make this text look exactly like the rest of the presentation.

  7. Background • Select a background for this presentation • Give this one slide a different background

  8. Templates, themes • Check out the available themes • Select one you like • Try out different colour schemes and fonts for the selected theme

  9. Transitions • Try out some transitions • Try changing the speed of the transition • Pick one, and apply it to all slides

  10. Content Pictures, charts, SmartArt…

  11. SmartArt • Insert a SmartArt graphic here

  12. Chart from Excel

  13. Picture • Add a new slide • Insert a picture on that slide • Put some arrows pointing on different things on the picture • Also add some text boxes explaining the picture
