REPORTING CONSIDERATIONS • Frequency • Options: Weekly or Monthly • Considerations: What frequency is most actionable • Metrics • Options: HEDIS or Supportive of HEDIS • Considerations: Dependent on frequency, Rates vs Counts, If modified, measures should support of overall HEDIS results • Display • Options: Graphical or Tabular • Considerations: Length of report, Include overall practice demographics, Group by Learning Collaborative or relation (screenings, conditions, etc).
