Conclusions 2 Cadastral virtual office is a fine one stop shop facility. • Web SISTER, Italy, is the wonderful example of the on-line one stop shop
Conclusions 3 On-line e-services are willingly acceptable by population • Example - 81.8% on-line services in Italy
Conclusions 4 Cadastral and Register offices are remarkable back offices in the one stop shop regime for local governments • Minsk Oblast example
Conclusions 5 One stop shop principles in the land administration are equally important for the countries with traditional market economy and for new developed market economics • Belarus, Italy, Azerbajdjan, Ukraine, Sweden (S2), Denmark (S2) examples
Conclusions 6 Data Integrity is one of main conditions for effective one stop shop regime • Integrityof Registry(Reliability, Completeness, Consistency)have been noticed as an important factor in many reports and questions
Conclusions 7 One stop shop regime is in accordance with the principle of extraterritoriality of state registration • Belarus C&R development program
Conclusions 8 Registration on the electronic documents base is a next-generation process of one stop shop development • Most reports and discussions on S1 and S2 sections
