  2. What Does Sealer Do? The concrete sealer provides protection by penetrating the pores of the concrete by leaving a little measurable film on the surface.

  3. Selecting Concrete Sealers There are different factors on the basis of which you will be selecting the concrete sealer for your floor. The durability of different sealers also varies widely–like from as short as one year to several years.  

  4. Surface Preparation Methods Even though mechanical abrasion methods and blast cleaning are not necessary for the sealer application, these can be used to roughen the surface and increase slip-resistance before applying the sealer.
