  2. 1. Cetate cu de iaspis zid Şi porţi de mărgărit, Spre tine-avem noi de privit, De-i sufletu-obosit; Căci pe-a ta cale de-aur chiar, Curând noi vom umbla, Spre-a ne-nchina la Cel Preasfânt, Ce sus la tin’ ne ia.

  3. Ref: Cu aprig dor, Cu dor te-aştept Ceresc locaş, preasfânt odor, Spre tine mă îndrept.

  4. 2. Cetate ce de soare, stea, Nicicând nu ai nevoi, În tine ne putem vedea, Credinţa de e-n noi. Privind la tine ne-ntărim, Curaj vom căpăta Şi veşnic liberi de-orice griji, În tine noi vom sta.

  6. 3. La poarta ta vor dispărea Şi lacrimi şi dureri, Căci Domnul ne va bucura Cu scumpe mângâieri. Şi crucea răbdător de-o port, Cât Domnul nostru vrea, La tine, în cerescul cort, Curând mă voi afla.
