Our Environmental and Social Responsibility Since January 2008 our reduced energy usage has resulted in a reduction of 967 tonnes of CO2 All new vehicles are fitted with Euro V engines ahead of legislation & reducing carbon emissions We currently recycle over 40% of all our waste We attained ISO14001 accreditation in 2008 We are committed to sourcing sustainable & ethical products wherever possible We offer customers the largest range of MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) approved products in the UK foodservice industry At the forefront of nutritional thinking Brakes are continually setting the standards Brakes will only work with BRC (British Retail Consortium) accredited suppliers We support charities, voluntary organisations & businesses
