  6. Coastal Defences Today we are learning about… the positive and negatives of coastal defences. By the end of the lesson… ALL can collect information MOST can explain how the coastal defences work (Level 5) SOME can evaluate the pros and cons of each method (Level 6-7)

Coastal Defences • Go to Moodle > Geography > Year 8 > Unit 1 • Read the Coastal Defenses information • Use the information to complete your worksheet Open the ‘What would you do?’ file on Moodle For each scenario you need to write down what the best defence would be and explain why. Do this in your exercise book.
